Jessica Lindsay, Therapist, LCPC, CCTS-I
Niche: Trauma, Addiction, First Responders & Persistent Mental Health
Everyone’s life experience is different and the way we perceive challenges or respond to stressors is equally varied. As your therapist, I am here to meet you where you’re at with unconditional positive regard to help you raise self-awareness and move towards being the healthy, actualized human you strive to be. Asking for help and making changes is difficult and I am honored to be a part of your healing journey. My areas of
focus include addiction, co-occurring disorders, trauma, first responders, severe and persistent mental illness, depression, and anxiety.
I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2007 with experience in a variety of settings, including day treatment for intellectual disabilities, psychiatric rehabilitation services, case management, crisis intervention, private practice therapy, and inpatient addiction treatment. I am a Certified Trauma Specialist and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Critical Incident and
Stress Management (CISM).
I am a proud introvert and enjoy reading, learning, funny cat videos, visiting family, hiking, gardening, and cuddling with my mischievous cat, Chuck Norris.
Jessica is in network with insurance, and can begin seeing both self-pay and insurance clients.
