Group Therapy


Do you find yourself dreading this time of year as the holidays approach because you are already stressed out about how to navigate difficult or toxic family relationships? You are not alone.


Lotus Psychotherapy is excited to introduce a weekly support/therapy group to help give you the tools to manage your interactions with less stress and anxiety and empower you to set the necessary boundaries to maintain your own sanity.


Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other techniques, you will learn better ways of managing stressful relationships. You will also have the opportunity to interact with others who share the same struggles and utilize each other for support and growth.


This is a virtual group, allowing you to attend it from anywhere with an internet connection. We do recommend that you attend at least 3-4 groups in order to receive the maximum benefit of the tools you will be learning and practicing.

  • Group is every other Tuesday, beginning November 1

  • We can bill your insurance or if you prefer self pay, it is $50/group
