I use a client-centered approach to ensure that the client is met wherever they are in their journey. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment for clients. I encourage clients to be aware that they are the experts of their experiences and view therapy as a collaborative approach. The modalities I incorporate are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Mindfulness.

I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Salisbury University. I have worked in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment, outpatient mental health clinics, VA outpatient clinic, hospice, international social work. I enjoy spending time in nature and yoga.
