What is Overcome! Clinic? 

4-Part Group Series of Movement, Breathwork & Somatic Tools

 

This four-session clinic offers a compassionate, body-based approach to understanding and transforming anxiety. Each session blends trauma-informed education with practical tools from yoga therapeutics, somatic awareness, and breathwork to help you feel more calm, capable, and connected.

 

No yoga experience needed. All bodies and backgrounds welcome.
