Since 2012, Amanda has supported children, families, and adults through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Life brings challenges we don’t always expect, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck in the process.

Using a collaborative, cognitive-behavioral approach, Amanda helps clients explore new perspectives and build confidence in facing life’s challenges. She believes it’s not the circumstances themselves that define us, but how we move through them — and that therapy can be a safe space to uncover resilience, growth, and steadiness along the way. Amanda believes in starting right where you are, and will provide honesty, kindness, compassion, and tools for change.
