Insurance Claims
Please note that insurance coverage is never a guarantee of payment. We will appeal and fight any claim denials for your care. If appeals are ultimately unsuccessful, you may be responsible for the portion not covered by insurance. We understand this is not the outcome anyone wants and are willing to work with you on payment plans or flexible options if needed. The growing trend in insurance denials across outpatient mental health is a systemic issue, not personal. Your claims are filed within required timelines, and we have up to one year to continue the appeal process.
