Mary Krawczewicz, PMHNP-BC
Niche: Addiction, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction
Mary is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication management in Annapolis and the surrounding Baltimore area. She sees clients in person at our Lotus office and offers virtual appointments for added flexibility. Mary works with children as young as 5 through adulthood and has experience supporting clients who are looking to safely reduce or come off benzodiazepines. She takes a collaborative, whole-person approach to care—getting to know each client beyond their symptoms to create a treatment plan that feels supportive and personalized. Mary is dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and confident in their mental health care.
Stephanie Pierce, PMHNP
Niche: Mood Disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma-Informed Care, and Medication Management
Meet Stephanie, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides thoughtful, evidence-based medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. With experience across inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and substance use treatment settings, Stephanie brings both clinical expertise and a compassionate, whole-person perspective to her work.
Stephanie believes good psychiatric care starts with listening. She takes time to understand each client’s experiences, concerns, goals, and day-to-day life before developing a treatment plan together. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works in partnership with clients to find care that feels realistic, personalized, and supportive of their overall well-being.
Education is also an important part of Stephanie’s approach. She wants clients to understand their diagnosis, their treatment options, and the reasoning behind medication decisions so they can take an active role in their care. Above all, Stephanie strives to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions along the way.
