Skilled Mental Health Services

We provide a wide range of therapy options tailored to each person’s needs. Our goal is to support healing from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges through evidence-based and holistic approaches.

Our clinicians are trained in methods such as EMDR, CBT, Brainspotting, mindfulness-based therapy, and other integrated approaches. By combining these tools with a supportive therapeutic relationship, we help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with others facing similar emotional, relational, or mental health challenges. In a supportive, confidential setting, clients can share their experiences, receive feedback, and feel less alone in what they’re carrying.

At Lotus Psychotherapy, our group therapy sessions are intentionally small, so each person has space to be heard and supported. Each group is thoughtfully matched with a facilitator whose experience aligns with the group’s needs.

Group counseling also helps clients recognize patterns in relationships, communication, and emotional responses as they happen. This creates a safe space to practice healthier ways of relating, build coping skills, and grow in self-awareness, connection, and resilience.

At The Refuge, we are proud to offer a deeply human, individualized path toward healing and long-term recovery. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are designed for individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges who need more support than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient care.

We believe healing begins in a space where people feel seen, supported, and safe. That is why our IOP Programs are rooted in compassion, structure, and empowerment. Each client receives personalized care that honors their lived experience while building the tools needed for long-term recovery and emotional resilience.

At The Refuge, we combine clinical expertise with a whole-person, mind-body-spirit approach that encourages self-awareness, courage, and lasting transformation.

We know recovery does not happen in isolation. Our programs are designed to include families and support systems, creating a ripple effect of healing that restores trust and deepens connection. Whether you are beginning your recovery journey or seeking continued care, The Refuge provides a nonjudgmental environment where healing can take root and grow.

Medication Management

At Lotus Psychotherapy and The Refuge, we offer mental health medication management as part of an integrated treatment approach that combines therapy and psychiatric support.

Our therapists collaborate closely with our in-house prescribers to provide personalized care for individuals managing behavioral health and psychiatric conditions.

By considering your physical health, emotional wellbeing, environment, developmental history, and personal beliefs, we create holistic treatment plans designed to support lasting progress.

Our experienced prescribers guide you through every step of the psychiatric medication management process, including dosages, benefits, side effects, and ongoing support, so you can feel confident in your care.

Somatic therapy is an alternative therapy approach that focuses on the body as an essential part of emotional and psychological healing.

At Lotus Psychotherapy, our somatic therapy services combine mindful movement, guided awareness, and restorative practices to support individuals seeking relief from stress, trauma, anxiety, tension, and emotional disconnection. This body-centered therapy approach helps clients reconnect with their inner experience and supports healing across mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions.

Our certified Yoga therapist Mandy provides compassionate, personalized support to help each client build resilience, restore balance, and experience deeper well-being.
