Randi is a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and three years of experience specializing in mental health, substance use, and forensic social work. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and vulnerable populations, helping them navigate addiction and mental health challenges with a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach.
At Lotus Psychotherapy and The Refuge, Randi works closely with individuals struggling with substance use and those involved in the legal system. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), harm reduction, and motivational interviewing to guide clients with compassion, integrity, and practical tools for growth. Clients working with Randi can expect an empathetic, strengths-based approach that ensures they feel heard, supported, and empowered on their recovery journey.
Outside of her professional work, Randi is a devoted mother and wife who enjoys the rewarding challenges of parenthood. She is also active in advocacy, research, and ongoing professional development, staying connected to best practices in order to provide the highest quality care.
