Savannah is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and integrates mindfulness practices, somatic therapy, and necessary modalities to provide a client-centered approach.
Savannah is most recently trained in exposure and response prevention for OCD treatment. By combining evidence-based treatments with compassion and presence, she empowers clients to move forward with resilience and confidence.
