Sheila has been using excellent communication and organizational skills to enhance daily operations at Lotus Psychotherapy and The Refuge. She is skilled in customer service and relations, as your first point of contact, making the intake process as easy as possible while providing reassurance and possible solutions.

With a passion for enhancing and organizing operations, Sheila works as the Director of Operations for both Lotus and The Refuge. Sheila oversees human resources, staff development as well as managing administrative duties.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her daughter, being outdoors, or having a self care day.
