Allison has developed a unique niche working with first responders, drawing from her experience in mental health crisis intervention. Trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Experience, and Internal Family Systems, she integrates these approaches into her clinical work. As a progressive, heart-centered leader, Allison is committed to challenging stigma and advocating for mental health as a core component of overall well-being. She is becoming a trusted voice in both the mental health field and the movement for system change and values-led care.
Having started her career in 2009, her background includes working with law enforcement, adolescent inpatient treatment, family therapy, crisis intervention, and residential substance use. A few of her favorite certifications include Brainspotting, Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Critical Incident & Stress Management (CISM). Lastly, she is dually board approved supervisor for counselors and social workers.

Outside of work, she loves to travel and spend time with my husband, two small children, two dogs and army of chickens. She enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, painting, and running.
