As human beings, we learn by experience, and there is something good to be gained by all the difficult times we go through in this life.  My goal is to help you discover what that good is, and to learn how to focus on the positives as you navigate the path ahead. Since 2012, I have been working with individuals, families, and children to deal with life’s stressors.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, low self-esteem, relationship problems, or going through life transitions, I use a cognitive behavioral treatment approach to help you learn to solve problems.  We will start right where you are, and I will provide honesty, kindness, compassion, and tools for change.  It is not what happens to us that makes us who we are, but how we manage the circumstances of life that determines our happiness
