Randi is a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and 3 years of experience specializing in mental health, substance use, and forensic social work. She is passionate about helping adolescents and vulnerable populations overcome addiction and mental health challenges through a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach.

As a clinician at Lotus Psychotherapy & The Refuge, Randi works closely with individuals struggling with substance use, as well as those involved in the legal system, providing forensic social work services. Her expertise includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing, which she uses to support clients in navigating personal and legal challenges with compassion and integrity.

In her current role, Randi leads initiatives focused on substance use and mental health interventions, emphasizing empathy and strengths-based care to ensure clients feel heard and supported on their recovery journey.

Outside of her professional work, Randi is a devoted mother and wife, navigating the rewarding challenges of parenthood. She is also actively involved in advocacy, research, and continuing professional development, staying at the forefront of best practices to deliver the highest level of care.
