Bailey believes that struggles are not a sign of weakness; instead, they are opportunities for growth. As a therapist, she is passionate about helping you recognize your strengths, achieve your goals, and find fulfillment in life, while providing you with a safe and comfortable space to be your authentic self.  
 

She utilizes a strengths-based perspective and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to guide the healing process. Additionally, she is a trauma informed social worker and have experience treating clients who face complex PTSD and complicated dysregulation from traumatic experiences. When it comes to trauma, she works from a bottom up approach as she works with trauma from the body.
 

She has experience working with children, youths, and adults in Northern Virginia and Minnesota experiencing behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, and domestic violence. Her background includes working with adolescents in the court system, K-12 students within public schools, and families with a history of homelessness. 
 

She has been working in the social services field for over four years. She received her Masters of Social Work degree from George Mason University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and loved ones, cooking and baking, watching Jeopardy!, and exploring the Chesapeake Bay Area.
